“The President today announced a very controversial policy and does not want to answer tough questions about it. Neil Munro is a veteran Washington reporter who today tried his best to time his question to be first as the President was wrapping up his remarks. He in no way meant to heckle the President of the United States.”
– Neil Patel Publisher of Daily Caller
Another outburst while our, all Americans, President is speaking. The conservative site Daily Caller is defending their reporter Neil Munro which isn’t a bad thing at all. The problem isn’t interrupting the President either. As someone from the site pointed out someone heckled Reagan when he was President. Yeah, but those were the 80’s somehow a major increase of respect for our President came when our last President took office. Somehow now it has become common to get in the face of our President and heckle him at press conferences. When did all that become cool?
The Problem isn’t Neil Munro just like it isn’t any other fool who has gone out of their way to disrespect the President. It’s all about time. One thing to take notice is these people really going out their way to go at Obama aren’t the MTV generation or the Youtube Facebook generation. What I see is older whites that just don’t get it. The same people going after Obama are the same ones who are anti gay, anti anyone of color and when they speak their mind what you get is some old school world views where the only person of color on television was Desi Amaz. I’ve said it before and will say it again, we can have these kind of stories once maybe twice a week about who is disrespecting President Obama. Truth be told it isn’t just white conservatives. There are many people, not just white that really never gave Obama a chance at all.
The saddest thing is the last outburst as Obama walked off as Munro talked about Obama giving jobs to those overseas and not here in America. Funny how when I have seen and heard Obama he has been trying to get the GOP to jump on board with this American jobs for Americans thing. The outburst was to gain attention and the last remark will most likely make the rounds. So the stunt paid off because now the Republicans will attempt to paint a picture of Obama outsourcing and not trying to come up with ways to get unemployed Americans back to work, oh they’ve been doing that for three years now. The fact that the Republicans don’t want to work with Obama and have said so on numerous occasions is the problem. If you want to hate Obama you have that right to but you should also spread the hate to every politician serving now not matter the party they’re with.
